Use sparingly with all cheek and wash/blush reds.  Add a soft glow to bisque (4 pts china paint to 1 pt Essence of Rose)  

Used in proper portions, will give added color adherence without "altering the primary color".  Keeps wash/blush colors from firing off.  Add to lip color for a soft sheen
