White powder that will work with dry china paint and both water and oil base mediums.  Add sparingly (4 to 1 ratio) to enhance the flow and blending of colors applied as a wash or blush.  Mix with colors to add gloss and to strengthen the adherence of color to the bisque.  Add to nail color for a glossy finish.
